Tokio currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal for all online transactions. Our checkout processes are secured using the latest in SSL Security certificates and human protection as well. When placing your order we verify your card + address to ensure they match and from time to time we will call to verify the buyer on the order. All orders will show TOKIOSTORES on your credit card statement or banking statement.
Shipping
We currently offer shipping through USPS and UPS, we provide shipping rates of UPS ground, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping worldwide.
All orders shipped from Tokio, require that the customer has the sole responsibility of taxes and duties on each shipment. Customers using our USPS Priority Shipments can expect to receive their delivery in 2-3 business days. UPS Ground delivery 2-7 business days, UPS 2nd Day 2-5 business days, and UPS Next Day Air 1-3 business days.
•Sorry, but we can not ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.
•All orders shipped from our warehouse ship via UPS. Some orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer may be shipped with a service other than UPS.

STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME
Orders can take up to three days to be processed in our warehouse, and this time is in addition to the estimated shipping time. Please keep this in mind as you choose your shipping method. For Standard Shipping, most in-stock items are shipped to arrive within 5-10 business days. Sorry, but we can not ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately; however, you will not incur any additional shipping charges. Shipments to more than one address incur the charges indicated above for each address.
UPS 2-DAY DELIVERY
UPS 2-Day Delivery orders received before 12:00 Noon (EST) will be delivered within two business days. Charges for UPS 2-Day Delivery are $1.99 per pound plus $9.99.
UPS ONE-DAY DELIVERY
UPS Overnight Delivery orders received before 12:00 Noon (EST) will be delivered the next business day. Charges for UPS One-Day Delivery are $2.79 per pound plus $19.99.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are able to ship your orders to almost any destination around the world. To place an order for delivery outside of the United States, just simply order as you normally would. For fastest service, please include both your return email address and a telephone number. Please do not send your credit card information via email. Be sure to allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery of orders outside the United States.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the actual weight of the total order. Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. Duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the ship-to recipient.
If any items in your shopping cart are not in stock we will hold your order until the items become available.
TAX
Tax will be applied to all orders delivered to any locations in Michigan. We will apply tax to shipping as required by individual states.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, simply return it within 35 days of the purchase date with your original packing slip.
We regret we cannot refund delivery charges, and we cannot accept the return of any video games or other software items, and customized or special-order merchandise.
Items purchased at Tokio POP-UP Stores or Boutique Stores must be returned to any of these stores or returned to our online return facilities. Tokio International Stores cannot accept returns of items purchased at any other locations. Items purchased at Tokio locations are subject to the Tokio return policies. Please contact your local Tokio Store for more information.
Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse at the time it is placed, and we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card. We also regret that we cannot accept the return of customized or special-order merchandise.
To return an item purchased from tokiostore.com, please follow the instructions on the shipping documents, and ship the item using an insured or traceable carrier.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, we will tell you when you place your order. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after you place your order and additional stock cannot be obtained. In such a case, we will notify you of the cancelled item.
Returns
Tokio stores has a 90-day return policy on everything except games,software and dvd’s which have a 15-day exchange only policy. In order to return any product purchased online you must contact our customer care department in order to begin the process, or you may return the item to our Local Tokio Store.
Once we receive your package and perform our inspection we will credit your account to the original payment way you provided us. We do not accept COD’s and all refunds are in U.S Dollars.
